Rock Island State Park is located on an island in Lake Michigan and is only accessible by boat. Sorry, no RV park here, but you can definitely find pet friendly campgrounds!

The island is a popular destination for tent camping, hiking, and picnicking, and dogs are welcome throughout the park. There are several miles of hiking trails to explore, and many of the campsites offer stunning views of the lake.

When planning a trip to Rock Island State Park, be sure to bring plenty of food and water for you and your dog, as there are no stores on the island.

With its beautiful scenery and ample opportunities for adventure, Rock Island State Park is the perfect place to enjoy a camping trip with your furry friend. This is easily one of the best dog friendly campgrounds we’ve been to.

Bagley Rapids Campground

With miles of trails to explore, dog parks, and plenty of space to run and play, your dog will have a blast camping at Bagley Rapids.

Pine Pointe Resort & Campground

Pine Pointe Resort & Campground in Wisconsin is the perfect place to bring your four-legged friend for a camping trip. Pine Pointe is a pet friendly campground with a lot to offer.

The resort is located in the heart of nature on Lake Alice (Northern Wisconsin near Tomahawk), surrounded by forests and fields.

Pine Pointe offers a variety of camping options for visitors, including RV sites, tent sites, and cabins. There is so much to do at Pine Pointe Resort & Campground, including fishing, swimming, hiking, and playing in the dog park. You’re sure to have a pawsitively fun time at this dog-friendly campground.

Rustic Timbers is one of the best campgrounds in Wisconsin that allows dogs. It’s the perfect camping destination for anyone who loves spending time outdoors with their furry friend.

Located in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods, Rustic Timbers offers miles of hiking trails, ample opportunities for fishing and swimming, and plenty of space to run and play. Best of all, dogs are welcome at Rustic Timbers, so you can enjoy all the camp has to offer without leaving your furry friend behind.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway or an action-packed vacation, Rustic Timbers is sure to have something for everyone – including your four-legged friend.

Harrington Beach State Park

Harrington Beach State Park is located in Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Michigan. The park is an excellent place to camp with dogs, as there are plenty of trails to explore and plenty of room to run. Dogs are also allowed on the beach so that you can enjoy a swim with your four-legged friend. The only downside is that the park does not have showers, so you’ll need to bring your bathing gear for you and your dog.

However, the views of the lake and the wooded areas more than make up for this minor inconvenience.

So if you’re looking for a great place to camp with your dog, Harrington Beach State Park is definitely worth an overnight visit or two. State parks are hit or miss, but this one is legit.

Hayward KOA

Hayward KOA is the perfect place to take your four-legged friend camping! This KOA is located in Northern Wisconsin and offers a variety of amenities for you and your dog.

Some of the things you can do here include hiking, swimming, and exploring the many trails. They have some awesome things that your pup can’t do, but you’ll love, such as the fantastic heated pool with slides and the jumping pillow. They’ve thought of everything when it comes to having fun outdoors.

And, of course, there are plenty of places to camp! You can even bring your RV if you like. Best of all, dogs are always welcome at Hayward KOA.

Hi Pines Campground

Camping with dogs can be a great way to bond with your furry friend while enjoying the great outdoors. Hi Pines Campground in Wisconsin is an excellent option for those looking to camp with their dogs.

The campground is located in a beautiful forest setting, and dogs are welcome throughout the property.
